Great app for tracking Wim Hof Method breathing

Chris Van Well

This app is so great and it's completely add free! I love that it tracks your sessions and progress as well. It has similarities to the WHM app in that it does that, but is also completely unique and original at the same time and very easy to use. It helps if you're already familiar with the Wim Hof method to get started, but You Tube has some great tutorials from the man (Wim Hof) himself if you need them. If you're looking for a great WHM breath work app, look no further.

The feature to hide the time is great. UI needs a little polish (e.g. make the "reset timer" an actual button by giving it a border or color accent). No cloud sync, but at least you can export CSV. Otherwise a completely functional app to replace the ofFicIAl broken money milking app.

not sure I understand how it works.. I press start and the circle gives me the pace of breaths I should be taking, but then it just never stops so I just decide to hold my breath for a while. Which granted I can hold it for a long time but the time from my inhaling and exhaling and the amount of time I hold my breath for is all mixed into one, surely that's not right? I would have thought the breathing exercise is a set amount of breaths and then the timer should start for holding my breath?

No ads, simple UX. Far and away the best and most straightforward wim Hof timer I found on the play store. I expected this app to get a lot of traction now that the official app has engaged in some very anti-consumer practices and soured a lot of people.

Great simple breath holding app, with great support. Remember it's a free app but welcomes donations to aid in future development 🙂🙏

I find this app great, it's the first one that captures what I essentially need to follow my progress in WHF. I would like to see some way to measure other parts of my breathing excercise too. I suggest the ability to add and tag phases in a round. As a user, I would tag my phases hyperventillation, exhale retention, inhale retention and only compare the same phase times to track my progress. This additional feature would make this app truly universal and versatile. Until that, just 4 stars.

This helps a lot. Thanks. I will buy you coffee later :)

Gteat app to keep track of retention times whilst doing the WHM. Nice interface. I personally like the fact you can hide the time. It stops tge temptation of looking to see how your getting on.

Another happy WHM user! Updating after using for 2 years off/on. Still a happy user. It would be easier to "buy you a coffee" if i could through thr aoo store. Two suggestions: see average retention times for the month, annually, and all time. Also, I wouldn't mind an option to keep the numbers visible. Thanks again!
